A 32-year-old Maysville woman was in fair condition after a four-vehicle wreck near Purcell on Monday.
The Maysville woman was flown to OU Medical Center in fair condition with head, leg and arm injuries after her Chevy Avalanche was hit head-on.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a 2021 Hyundai SUV driven by 22-year-old Hailey Masterson of Oklahoma City was eastbound on 74 when her vehicle stopped in the lane of traffic.
A 2018 Ford Edge driven by 25-year-old Purcell resident Courtney Herrington was eastbound behind a 2022 Ford F250 pickup driven by 38-year-old Billy DeSpain from Georgetown, TX.
Reports indicate DeSpain’s pickup swerved to avoid hitting two of the vehicles.
The Avalanche driver’s name has not been released since next of kin have not been notified.
One driver was transported to Purcell Municipal Hospital.
